We have to be a brave man with assets.
Interacting with people especially when we were on the side who 'need help'. Brave is needed! don’t delay too long, try to think practical. Beside communication skill is needed too (no making people angry, message is delivered, doesn’t make people feel difficult). On the other hand we need to know what we need exactly. That needs critical way of thinking, not just asking how much is 1+1, but we better know how many decimal we required. We need assets to explain what we need.

I suppose to joint my colleague to an outing program. But I had to stay in the office to finish some situations.

last Friday, it was a frightening moment, I had to explain about KPI, not a nice memory.
